As President/Owner of Inland, Frank brings a wide range of assets to our team. A United States Naval Academy graduate, he served as a Field Artillery Officer with the Marines before transitioning to a career in Private Equity and Real Estate. After receiving a Master's in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, Frank spent nearly a decade managing assets of over $220 million in real estate portfolios across Texas. At Inland, he brings his knowledge of business operations and relationship management to the team, guiding our company toward success.

Mr. Escobar brings more than 31 years of experience in the land surveying industry and 22 years as a registered professional in Texas. Mr. Escobar has a wide variety of project experience, ranging from large acreage boundary surveys to numerous right-of-way and design surveys throughout Texas. Much of Mr. Escobar’s experience has been in the land development industry and in municipal projects. Mr. Escobar was an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College (ACC) in their land surveying program for 6.5 years and sits on the Advisory Committees for the land surveying programs at ACC and Texas A&M – Corpus Christi. Mr. Escobar is one of only 53 individuals in Texas who hold the title of Licensed State Land Surveyor.

Corey Hall has over 20 years in land surveying and project management. He has worked in multiple fields of surveying including electrical distribution lines, transportation, design, construction layout, and municipalities. His experience includes managing and coordinating a large variety of projects in rural and urban areas, including right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys, control surveys, and bridge and construction layout.

Mr. Benjamin Boatright possesses 7 years of experience in surveying. Before becoming an SIT in early 2024, Ben worked as a senior office technician processing and manipulating data and producing CAD deliverables for roadway design and acquisition surveys, utility route surveys, easement preparation, title surveys, initial QA/QC protocols, subdivision design and layout. Before coming to Inland, Ben worked all the way up from Rodman to Field Operations Coordinator before transitioning into the office. While in the office, Ben is set to complete his Associates Degree in Geospatial Engineering in May of 2026.

Bob Brown brings over three decades of field surveying experience with a journey that began in 1980. Starting as a rodman and progressing through the ranks to become a Senior Field Technician and Party Chief, Bob's expertise spans the spectrum. At Inland, he spearheads all field surveying coordination efforts and provides oversight to our dedicated field staff. Bob collaborates closely with our office team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between both ends. With his wealth of experience, Bob is an invaluable asset to Inland, consistently contributing to our success.
